What is a Graze Box?

We all love to snack a little, but our diets are becoming increasingly bad thanks to it. It's bad for our bodies and our waistline! So we need to start changing the way we snack and what we snack on. That's where Graze boxes come in.

Graze Box is a UK based company which started a few years ago to supply people with a healthy alternative to the usual commercial snacks. And the best thing is that they are all delivered by mail in handy single portion sized boxes. Each Graze Box contains 4 single serving portions. Great for taking with you when you are on the go, or keeping in your handbag or office drawer, so you've always got a healthy snack conveniently to hand when you start to feel peckish.

To make it even easier for you each packet comes with a little card telling you all the nutritional information for the pack. Including calories and fruit portions!

How it works?

Ok so the site is super simple. You sign up to create yourself an account, then decide how often you want your Graze box delivered. You can have it anything from everyday to once a fortnight. (I usually go once a week). Boxes are charged at £3.89 a box and that includes your delivery.

Then you can browse through all the boxes available and take off items you don't want to receive - for instance if you have an allergy or don't like something. I'm allergic to black pepper and can't eat anything spicy so took off anything with black pepper and the chilli or spice coated items. You can also highlight items you would really like to try. They will then send you a surprise box made up of 4 of the items on offer. You don't have to rate anything if you don't want then they will just send you a random selection of any of the items.

After you have received and enjoyed your box you can then log on and rate the items you received as to whether you want them again, frequently, occasionally or not again.

You are able to alter your delivery time when ever as long as the box isn't being prepared or in the post, plus you can take a break off if your away for example, or take a month or two off if you just fancy a break. Or just cancel your order if you no longer want to receive them at all. Its very simple, flexible and user friendly.

What can you get in your graze box

The list of items you can get is huge. They come under 11 main categories - although the amazing Graze team is constantly adding and developing new lines. Currently these are the options:

  • Dips and dippers
  • Gluten free high tea
  • Breads
  • Crackers
  • Flapjacks
  • Olives
  • Natural Treats
  • Dried fruit and nut mixes
  • Nuts
  • Dried fruit
  • Seeds

These are a few of my favourite:

  1. After DInner Mint - A mixture of mint infused sultanas, blanched almonds and dark chocolate buttons
  2. Billionaire Shortbread - A mixture of fudge pieces, blanched almonds, milk chocolate drops and cranberries
  3. Apple and cinnamon flapjack
  4. Bonnie wee Oatcakes - Cheese and chive oatcakes with red onion marmalade
  5. Pina Colada - dried pineapple, mango and coconut flakes

How do I get a free Graze Box?

Just use this link to Graze Box to get your first box for free! Its really that easy! It's UK only at the moment though sorry.

Sign up using the link to get a free box, but you will need to put in your payment details. You can cancel the order as soon as your first box arrives if you do not wish to continue them though. But I warn you they get addictive! They are so yummy and having snacks delivered to your door is fun and so convenient!
